How do I request a return or refund?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return any products purchased from Accenoba, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be submitted through the Accenoba Returns Portal. Simply click the link below and follow the instructions:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns will be collected from the customer within 5 days of receipt of request.
  • Returns are inspected at our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed by Accenoba within 2 business days after inspection.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part. Return collection costs will be covered by Accenoba for approved faulty or incorrect items.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe of between 2- 5 business days, please contact us. We will work with our delivery partners to locate your order or arrange a suitable resolution.

Yes, of course. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original condition
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Please note: Used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If your item is damage, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of

delivery viaemail or WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund at no additional cost to you.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. You will be refunded the amount paid for the product(s) using the same method used at checkout.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Refund timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party courier delays or processing times. Any delays will be communicated to you for your convenience.
